Take kadhai and add 1/2tsp ghee/oil then put 1 cup sooji mixed waiting and 2minutes then add 1.5 cup of milk then add 1/2cup sugar continue cooking on low flame and Keep kneading 5to 10 minutes continue process then divide the sooji miXed to equal bans. Oli on palm and roll it into a smooth ball and then take a kadhai and pour some oil to try fry the gulabjamun in Oli . Fry till dark golden colour and 5to 7minutes slow flame to fry now make a sugar syrup add 1cup of water add 1cup of sugar then miXing and bring it to boil and turn off flame take out gulabjamun after golden colour now drop the fried gulabjamun 2to3mintues wait and ready your gulabjamun.
